Can anyone tell me which Schmidt & Bender scope this is, and the mount being used as well? I believe it's probably one of these two, but I'm not certain...

Your first link would be the one the 3-12 if you want the accuracy international logo windage cap you can get them through wolverine supplies. As for the mount I can't help you there.
