antique laws say rim-fire cartridges, other than 22 Calibre Short, 22 Calibre Long or 22 Calibre Long Rifle cartridges

so then this should be a antique right?

Thanks for the help fellas, it gave me something to go on in my search for info.
It belongs to a buddy and he will never let it go, it's been in the family for a very long time.
