help identifying an arisaka rifle

actually what i need is the cgn user that is japanese a female supposidly that can translate the serial number on this rifle for me to get it registered i dont speak japanese and this rifles markings are not numerals

The serial numbers on Japanese rifles should be in standard western numerals (Arabic). If you are sure its an Arisaka, and the serial number is not using Arabic numerals, it should be a Siamese Arisaka.

Also, be careful as there is a Siamese Mauser as well. Perhaps you might want to post a pic so we can help ID the rifle.

its identical to the one in the pics but in much better shape even has the dust cover for the action
