Help in Iding M1 Carbine Ammo

I just received my shipment of carbine ammo and I'd like to get an idea where it may have started out. the headstamp shows 30 M1 and the letters R and D with date stamp on rim. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Without seeing the arrangement, I would guess Armería F. A. San Cristóbal, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic. They used a lot of that stuff at one time. What year?

Dates are from 54 to 59 I believe some of the markings are hard to read. Thanks for the info.
