Help installing scope mount on Norinco M305 (M14)

I was curious if anyone knew of a gunsmith familiar with mounting the side scope mounts (to the receiver) on a Norinco M305 in the London Region. As much as I'd like to go at it, I would just like to pay someone and have it done right the first time.

I'm not sure if Hungry is still active on these forums as I haven't been in some time.

I can finally unload my Tacoma after 3 weeks of being on the road and having taught FOUR (ouch) CQB clinics in that 20 day span. Now my back is acting up. We can have you up here in my basement workshop but I'm recovering from a back spasm right now... Fear not, we can get this done for you....
