HELP linaer comp touching alpha rail

So I recently built a 8.5" 300 blackout with recessed hera arms compensater and 11" alpha rail
Problem is when I installed a 2 " rail on bottom of handguard it touches the comp

Will this affect accuracy and or harmonics of the barrel
Will I be able to fix any accuracy issues when I zero the rifle

Yes it will probably affect accuracy. The solution is to change the configuration so you don't have the barrel in contact with the handguard.

Yep, the HERA linear comps are fairly large, there are a few different makes of linear comp that are much smaller, including the HERA compact linear comp, which is about 1" OD instead of 1.5" or something like that.
