Can anyone advise on where I can buy .45 ACP 230gr full round nose bullets (lead or copper wash) at a good price?

Does anyone know any manufacturers that sell direct to the public?

Cast them yourself and save a bundle. An order from Lee and you are set up ready to make thousands. Six cavity mould - a pot - a sizer - and a few other little things, and you can shoot for the same price as a .22 . If you want, I can send some to try. I have 236 grain tumble-lube flat points and 310 grain gas checked (for a .454).
 
Call (or Google) Wolf Bullets in Kingston. I bought a case of 230gr LRN from him. Think it was around $0.25 a round before shipping (for remanufactured ammo). They list 230gr LRN bullets only at $96 per 1000.

You'd think with the amount of indoor ranges that don't allow jacketed ammo local gun shops would stock LRN for semi's, but they don't seem to.
