My google fu is just not cutting it!

I need a shell holder plate #48 part # 90348, for my RCBS Trim Pro to hold 338LM Lapua brass, it is the only one that will work with Lapua brand brass. I tried the #14 plate you see in the RCBS chart and the opening is not large enough to allow the brass to go all the way to the bottom of the cut out.
I can not find any in Canada and the US site either wont ship or want $30.00 US to ship.
If anyone has one for sale or knows a dealer who has one please let me know.
