Help Mag stuck

Hey guys I just got my m14, and the five round mag is stuck in the mag well. I have tried everything I can think of to get it out. Any ideas.

Hold the bolt open and push the mag release and with the other hand push the mag out from the top (at the back of the mag). Remember that the mag "clips" in from the front.

After that you need to get another 5 round mag (so you have 2) and attach them by the baseplate so you have an added piece and a 10 round mag
