K. I'm building a 300BLK.
I have:
10.2" Noveske barrel (new)
VLTOR MUR upper (slightly used)
VLTOR BCM gunfighter charging handle (new)
I want/looking for:
AAC flash hider
BCM, or comparable top shelf BCG
Geissele MLOK 9.5" rail or BCM KMR 9"
My plan was to go with the above setup, but now I'm debating going with a VLTOR VIS instead of the MLOK or KMR.
The VIS internal measurements are listed at 1", but I can't find any for outer diameter. I'm assuming the MLOK and KMR will of course be lighter and smaller diameter, but how does the VIS compare to other railed handguards for "fatness"?
I can't seem to find a Geissele 9" MLOK or KMR right now, should I wait for a KMR or Geissele or go with the VIS? Which way would you go?
