Help me choose a rifle for ORPS production?

The CZ 457 At-One 20" looks like it would be a good option too since it doesn't appear on the exclusions list. Looks like it has the same match chambered barrel as the MTR.

Even though it's not on the list, I don't believe that the At-One would qualify for production. It's a "match" barrel, adjustable stock, and above the MSRP limit.
