I'm looking at buying a non-restricted .223 black rifle.
I currently own : SR-22, JRC 40SW, CZ858 7.62 and Rem 700 in 30-06.
Budget is $2K +/-. I think I've got it narrowed down to either a Benelli MR1 or an XCR-L.
Please give me your thoughts on either one wrt ergos, maintenance, usage, fit/finish, accesories, accuracy, fun factor etc? Or anything else that is non-restricted in the "traditional" style (eg not looking for a bullpup design).
I plan to use a scope on it, and also lar15 mags if that makes any difference.
