Help me find a decent SXS

I'm considering the purchase of a SxS for duck hunting, clays, and as a general all around gun. I have a couple of Beretta O/U 12s and a pair of very nice SxS shotguns in 12 and 20.

I'm looking for something with a 3 inch chamber thats steel shot compatable. Double trigger would be a plus as would choke tubes. I know, very un-traditional

I've heard mixed reviews on the Silverhawk but have heard no noise about the Merkel. Any experience with either?

Also, does anyone know where a used Merkel 12 might be found? The price of new is a bit prohibitive!

I'm open to other options as well - this is a difficult market to learn about as there seems to be a lot of product but prices and quality vary GREATLY! Any tips looking in the used market?

B. Rizzini also makes a new SXS. It looks pretty good. The price should be aroud 3.5 to 4k. Around the same as the Beretta. As for Merkel, the price of a new one would be very high.

The Kimbers are Turkish made, but the Weatherby Anthena is mabe by Fausti, an Italian company of good reputation....

Fabarm makes the strongest action in the market on a modern side by side. Instead of 2 lugs on the barrels they have 4 lugs (1 set on each barrel). Can't see how they could ever go off face.
