It's listed at $199 USD. Isn't there a limit of $100 you can order from them, and isn't it also considered a integral part of a firearm? Both of which would it impossible to import as per my understanding. I wish I could, but I believe by this rationale that I can't do it. Anyone want to chime in on this?

No, there is a $500 limit not a $100. As long as Midwest Industries has an export license you will likely only have to complete an end user agreement that Brownell's will send you and then return it to them. I bought a KMR rail from them this way. If you want more info try reading the Brownell's importing tutorial on here.
