Help me ID this black rifle?

I usually think I'm pretty up on black rifles. Maybe I can't ID between a Noveske and an LMT at 100 yards, but I know most of what I see in the news and around the web.

This thing has me puzzled though, I saw a few pictures beforehand where I thought it was some version of a Sig550, then I thought it might be an 805 Bren. Now I'm at a loss and am turning it over to the smarts of CGN:

True, but it may be possible to design a new lower that uses standard AR 15 components. Then you'd have a situation similar to the AR-180b, it differs enough from the prohib version that it's no longer prohib. Hard to know what the RCMP would do though, logic and consistency doesn't seem to apply to a lot of their rulings.
