help me place my 2 scopes on my 2 rigs

IN a couple weeks i should be getting my shilen barrels so now i'm down to getting everything finalized for my 2 long range rigs.

my optics include:
Elite 4200 6-24x50T--mildot reticle and 50MOA(more like 45MOA)
Sightron SII Bigsky 6-24x42--duplex reticle and 60MOA(1/8clicks though!)

my rifles include:
223rem with 20moa base will be shooting 75gr amax 2900-3000fps
6.5x55 with 0 MOA base will be shooting 140gr amax 2900-3000fps

both rifles will be shooting paper/varmints from 100m out as far as i can.
what would you do to make the most of of each scope/caliber?
 
I'd put the elite on the .223 and the sightron on the 6.5.

The elite has less available travel, but with the 20 MOA base you should get close to 1000 yards.

The sightron has more travel and the 6.5 is flatter shooting, so again should be able to get out pretty far. Seeing as this is the better performing long range cartridge I figure you'd want to maximize its potential.

Going the other way you would be able to get the 223 farther still, but would be limiting your 6.5 a little more.
