Its a gen 1 Norinco CQA M4gery with a 14.5 inch barrel. One of the very first in country. It has a Magpul Moe kit on it. Approximately 300 rounds through the pipe. Vortex Sparc on the rail. No issues. Typical Norinco quality. Hard to believe I have put in over 1000$ into this rifle minus the optic back when that was a good deal. Anyways 550$ sound about right? Or does the Magpul kit bump up the price a little?

Norincos, no matter what they sport aren't worth much. Honestly, I'd say sell the rifle for 500 and sell the sparc separetely for whatever they're worth.

I know a couple of first time AR buyers and their thinking is, if any used entry level ARs is around the price of a new M&P15, which on sale is $599, they would pay the taxes and buy new because new means longer barrel life, less abuse, a warranty, etc. For that reason, a Norinco has to be a heck of a deal (say around $450). I have seen Norincos sell for the $500 to $550 range but they came with a bunch of accessories. One came with 10 magazines. I figure a buyer would sell half of those mags which will knock around $75 off the purchase price. In terms of stock, it is a matter of preference so you might be lucky and find someone who sees the value in the furniture but with all the rail systems that are now out there, i would not bet on it. Good luck.

This.

Hard to beat brand new S&W at that price.

I bought one of the earlier S&W M&P15’s in Canada, over 10 years ago. Paid $1600.

Now I don’t expect to sell it for more than $550, bare bones.
