Help Mounting Optic

Hey Everyone,

Just picked up a Vortex PST 1-4x and a AD-Recon-H mount. I am just wondering if anyone knows where to pickup a cheap torque wrench/screwdriver. I also need to level the unit and wondering what people use to level the scope? I live in the GTA if anyone has any local dealers.

There like $80 . I just snug th m firmly and re- snug them after 5 , 20 and 20 shots UNTILL there not getting loose any more . And for level I go bipod on a flat and level surface and put a string up with a weight on the end and match the crosshairs to the string
