HELP..need a part for a Rem 1100

Ok looking at the exploded view diagram I have I think I need a hammer and the pin that holds it in (Part # 54). The diagram I have shows a washer too buyt mine does not have that washer. It is an older model manufactured around 1967 :?:

Is this a part I could post a WTB in the parts forum or is it something I am not going to find easily ?? or can I order it from someone ?? Thanks

You may find that they need an Import Cerificate, so they can get an Export Permit from Dept. of Commerce.

All shotgun parts need a permit.

I have two sets, If you look at the casting # above the trigger C10 or C 15?
C 10 does not have the hole in the hammer head. Your choice.

The hammer itself would not be hard to make from a piece of 1/8” thick cold rolled steel, with basic tools like a couple of files and a drill you could make one in no time.
Case hardening the part would require some case hardening compound, if you could scrounge some, your all set.
