help needed in identifying stock

This is a 2 piece stock that joins at the wrist. I can not see any markings on the stock, but there is C-22829 stamped into the buttplate. Any ideas what it is?

Either a Hungarian M-35 or a German issue 98/40, I need to see the nosecap to be sure.

Yes Hungarian M-35, to bad someone destroyed a hard to rifle here in Canada.
