Ok i saw the Ruger Charger... I want an accurate .22 plinker pistol.
Do i want this? Or is this thing another flash in the pan new style that will fizzle out.
It looks like it will be pretty customizable oncw aftermarket takes hold.
Should i just save my $ and get a Mk1?....
Sigh... Decisions

I haven't held one yet...so you can take this or leave it. But that looks like one HEAVY bastard! I think there are much better options out there for a .22 pistol (S&W Model 41, Ruger mk I-II-III, etc...). I don't feel that it's worth the restricted hassles just to shoot a cut down 10/22. That being said, if it floats YOUR boat...set sail! It's pretty hard to find a gun that can't do it's job as a plinker!

yeh, if this was non restricted i would be all over it. Great bush gun. but the whole issue of a range pnly gun that is probably neither GREAT at being a pistol or GREAT at being a rifle.. sort of takes the appeal away rather fast.

i love the concept (think 500rd pistol), but the laminate stock (and bipod) it comes with is bulky and heavy. its kind of a benchrest pistol??!! it would be cool if we could hunt small game with it, but its restricted.

i think it would be a fun and very accurate (its designed to be scoped) plinker as is, but i think it must be possible to build a 10/22 short barreled carbine that would be more tacticool and practicool for me!
