Help on Walther KKM bolt

Just buy a Walther KKM but find a issue on the bolt. The bolt cannot be disassemble and the bolt cap stuck in wrong position. There maybe a problem in spring pin of bolt cap. Is there any gunnutz have same kind of issues and find a way to fix it. Please help. Also, another question, Is the safty wing of bolt screwed in or molded and can I take it out? Any ideas are very helpful.

The bolt with long handle is the one have issue, the other bolt is a normal KKM UIT bolt
