Help reloading Ar180B

[Resonant Frequency]

So I decided I have to get into reloading so I can shoot more often. My question is if the following combination will work? I will be relaoding for an Ar180B with a 1:9 RH twist for plinking. To start I ordered Varget, 55 Grn fmj's, and federal primers (no CCI or Win in stock anywhere ). I checked Hodgdon for data but the above combination is not there? Can someone help me out? I just looked at my speer manual its listed varget and 55 FMJ-BT min 25.0 Max 27.0
