help. rem 700 follower is messed up

Well heres an update. The middle metal that is sandwiched between the bottom metal and the action, I have been able to bend it down into feed lips, and I have been able to have it accept and chamber a round

It sounds like you are referring to the magazine box that you have bent a bit... I would be surprised if it ends up being reliable. Wyatt do make a magazine box and follower that is designed to single stack feed and work in your rifle but it is quite a bit different than a 700 magazine box.
