HELP! Remington 700 Police accuracy issue:(

Too many possibilities here before throwing money at it. Is the rifle bedded? Is this the first time shooting with a new stock? Was the crown or muzzle damaged? Are you using the same ammo that shot well before? Hand loads or factory? Shooting in relatively the same weather?
Swap the scope out too, its possible it could have been damaged.

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE INPUT GUYS! I talked to my local gunsmith and he couldn't find out what the problem was, he said the only way to fix it would be rethreading the barrel and action, which would cost up north to $400, if I ever wanna put that kind of money to a sick rifle, I would rather sell it to get a better platform.
so eventually I loss faith in Remington platform(it is just me, no offence, remington still makes pretty good rifles), sold it, and bought myself an Accuracy International, and it works very well.

Damn dude if you had that much money should have just gone with the AI in the first place lol.

lol true, but you know its hard to find an AI rifle these days, especially the classic looking one, just have to be in the right place in the right time for one:)
