Fellas I do not have a digi camera, but here is a description of my needs.

I have a Wichita, left hand 1375 rifle, with front sight, minus rear sight.

The "dovetail" on the right hand side of the rifle for the rear sight, I describe as such: 53mm long approximate, and has ridges running the length of it,top to bottom.
8mm high along the mounting surface.
4 holes about 4mm diameter, spaced evenly about 10 mm apart, in a line, front to rear.
This rearsite "mounting plate" also incorporates a button type bolt release underneath the mounting holes.
(forgive the metric please!)
I have No idea, of what make/model of rearsite I require.
This is a 308 calibre rifle I wish to compete Full bore TR/Palma match...

Cheers............

Are the longitudinal grooves multiple "V" ridges, almost like sawteeth? If so, a Central type sight is what would fit, or a sight that uses the Central mounting system.

tiriaq is correct. Central, Brindles, RPA Trackers, CH and a host of other sights have or can be had with Central Mounting Systems.
I don't know if Bob Barwise from PEI is still around and selling stuff or try Paul Reiben at Range Sports Unlimited in Kamloops, BC.

Also have a Brindles as does that bum Alain Marion. Great that the builder will now sell to the colonies.

Brutus owns a Paramount LH sight - at least he paid me for it and I paid Johnnie - just haven't delivered it.

Peter

I am having my P14 milled at Sam's right now so I will shortly be shopping for sights too.

It has a TR front sight and had a PH5C rear last year. I am having a weaver rail installed so that I can use it for F class, but I would like to do both. I believe the RPA trakker can be had to fit a weaver, but does one need the RPA ladder front to get them to line up?

Any practice happening at BM before the first match in May?

Good thread!
Best,

If you had a side mount like a central, you could still mount a scope. You will have to see how high the tracker sits mounted on the weaver base. Got an adjustable cheekpiece? Maybe just a taller dovetail on the front will work.

We'll see how low the weaver sits - maybe a central side mount will still line up with the existing front.

I have to touch base with the NS TR Illuminati, see if anyone has a line on a set.

..and don't think I haven't noticed your 40X, Mr Maynard.

:p

edit: I do have an adjustable cheek piece, but it is a POS.
