Hello all,
I just picked up this Winchester .22 pump and I'll be damned if I can figure out what model this is. It has no model number anywhere that I can see, but matching serial numbers in several places. It has a 20" Bull type barrel but I haven't got the faintest clue as to what type of gun it is , or what its actually worth. The condition is good, with minor spots of bluing missing, and small areas of rust, but the action is smooth and it cycles great. The wood is excellent, and other than needing a good cleaning, its really in good condition. I am ashamed to say how much I got her for ( traded it for an axe, a bowie knife, and a pair of homemade snowshoes) so did I get a good deal?
The gun is quite heavy, and the sight picture is quite good. I shot her today, and it is VERY accurate. I guess the heavy barrel has something to do with that. The barrel looks to be original and the bluing matches throughout the entire gun, but I have a question. Did winchester even make bull barrels for these guns? It doesn't look like it was made for any other type of barrel as the fit is perfect. Was this some type of "Gallery gun"
Any help with a model number and value would be great. Thanks for your help

Any Idea what shooter value would be on it? 100? 200? Just want to know so that If I sell it, I dont "soak" someone who doesn't know much. Fair is fair , and I dont think I lost out, the value of the stuff I traded him for it was less than 80 dollars.
