Help WC 755 what is it.

Can someone help.I have about 5lbs of WC 755 and the Higginson Powder Co. name on it.I cannot find any load data on it.Is it a bulk powder that higginson re-numbered and if so what is it comparable to.Thanks.Graham

Contact Higginson !!! I recently purchased the same powder # but there may have been different lot#s . The lot that I have is 5% faster than h335 . But as with any mil-surp powder start low and work up to safe loads .

OP was asking about WC755, not WC735!! WC 755 is a medium burning ball powder just a bit faster than W760. I would use IMR 4064 data less 1 grain for starting loads, since it is slightly slower burning than IMR 4064. I have some left, and use it in my 220 Swift a bit. Regards, Eagleye

My appologies , I guess that is just a prime example of needing to read your powder #s twice before opening the bottle !
