It looks like a Flobert small bore rifle.
Flobert rifle, Warnant action. The long block Warnant was often described and marketed as the "Springfield" model to capitalize on the (loose) association with the U.S. trapdoor action.
Although the Warnant actions were the strongest of the Flobert lot, that is not saying much. They are a weak design. The one in your photos was made in Belgium pre 1893 ( if I remember the proof marks properly) but the maker's mark is unknown to me. You might find more information on Little Guns but you will really have to dig in to find the maker's marks info.
