****help**** where can i buy a ruger sr22?

Actually that is incorrect. One of the major distributors will be shipping out Ruger products the first 2 weeks of the new year.

"Currently, our Ruger distributor has reported that delivery of the SR.22 rifles should begin sometime near the first or second week of January 2013.

Retail pricing on this rifle (cat #1236 // Ruger #SR-22RSC) is $558.08 + taxes."

OP, Bartons has at least one in stock for sure, I saw it in person just a couple hours ago. It was dollyed up with accessories but they may have stock models or be willing to remove the accessories for you.
 
I bought one new today at a gunshop in sw ontario....they had one more left. $569. I know of one more at a gunshop 2 hours north of here also. PM me, if anyone wants details on were...I doubt if either will be there after christmas.

Nice gun..16" medium target barrel, collipsble m4 stock, with threaded muzzle, for a flash suppresor....I just put mine in my safe, but my empty ruger box is wrapped, and under the tree since its one of my xmas presents. Im thinking about taking my new spotting scope out of the box, thats under the tree also, because I get the feeling my kids have been shaking all the gifts. I'm looking for scope boxing week, for the sr22 because my only extra scope I currently have is a vortex diamondback 3.5x10x50, and its way too big for this nice compact ruger sr22. I think a short 1-4 X's scope would match this gun perfect, or a acog, but I cant justify the price of a acog to be used on a 22lr. I like the new burris 1-4 X's scope, and the millet dms, but Im still not sure what optic to buy yet....oh well, not a bad problem, compared to the problem it was finding a sr22....lol
 
I walked into Reliable Gun and to my very welcomed surprise I became the new owner of a SR22. There were a few more in stock for anyone looking.

These are in big production back order at present. Canadian dealers are being given a handful at a time so check around. Unless we get more than 10, I doubt we would even advertise as they are usually sold out in a day. Good luck in your quest. Phil.
