Help with 870 reassembly?

It was functioning perfectly until I got ahold of it...

I just took down my new to me 870 Wingmaster for the first time and I could use some advice. After reassembly it binds up a bit when I rack it back toward the receiver. It moves back far enough to eject a shell but it definitely doesn't seem right.

Any ideas where I went wrong?

Make sure the Shell Latches are on the outside of the action bars.

Thanks for the suggestion. Turns out the wood forend was slightly crooked on the forend tube assembly.
