Help with a Cooey 64A

I just picked this gun up & it has some problems. Every time it is shot this spring falls out of place jamming the action & trigger. Should I be bending the tabs down to force the plate to stay in a lower position? It never fails when operated by hand.
Also wondering if the extractor looks ok? I dont see that it has a claw to pull the shell free with.

The tabs should be bent over, holding the spring onto the end of the trigger bar. It appears you have misplaced the extractor...
PM me, I just took one of these down for parts.

I will bend them down more.
There is a flat spring in the extractor groove. I assume it provides tension on the missing claw?
