Help with a debate please.

Got a little debate going with my friends(we all reload).

If you were give the choice of one .243 load/bullet combo for shooting all game from Jacks to deer including long range varmints, what would it be?

85 or 87 gr. BTHP for yotes. Hollow points to reduce ricochet for populated areas and it is a heavier bullets for windy days.

90, 100, 105gr.? for deer. Use the brand that group the best in your rifle?????
