help with a poster... sort of milsurp ?

Evening everyone. I know this isn't strictly a gun or gun related. However I figured this would be the best place to ask about it in here.


Picked this up the other day in a trade. It appears original and I can post better pictures tonight when I get home.#

Unfortunately somebody dry mounted it to a peice of foam board I suppose to stop it from tearing any more#


I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on this. Authenticity ? Value?#

I have had a hard time finding this poster online.#

What does the small writing on the bottom say? Also is there anything on the back of it at all?
I have a little collection of German ww2 posters and some Dutch nazi/oppression posters. I find it cool stuff but have never really amassed a big collection of it.
