help with a single shot adaptor

Hi...

searched here but i can't seem to find anything on a single shot adaptor for a Savage M11...anyone have one or know where i can get one ?...i've seen/heard of a fella in the u.s that makes them, but i understand you have to fill out custom papers and whatever...any help with one that can be obtained in Canada would be appreciated...

there is a guy in the states on rimefirecentral that makes them and i beleive will ship to canada - just a gift in an envelope kinda thing
