Help with bighorn tl3 stock fitting

Hi I’m curious as to whether there are any stocks or chassis that are basically a drop in ready fit for a bighorn tl3 action. I’m hoping to have one stock or chassis for this new barreled action that’s being worked on and also use the same stock or chassis for a vudoo v-22 barreled action. I’m kinda lost here and need helpful tips
 
they have a R700 foot print, but you may have to open up the recoil lug are to allow the action to fit into the stock, there is a lot less taper on the sides of the lug, I had to open mine up on the milling machine, 2 minutes and I was good to go
 
I don’t have anyone to open it up for me on a Miller machine. I want this stock to still work on my vudoo rimfire rifle after doing the alterations on the stock for my bighorn.

Krg bravo is one of the stocks I’m eying :)
 
No free lunch on making both actions work in one stock, the tl3 has a bit of a different tang, if you go with a stock it’ll have to be bedded. Recoil lugs will be different and so are the ejection ports, bolt holes will be the same. Chassis is likely your best option.
 
Can’t afford two high end chassis lol. I’m basically out of gun money now. I’d have to get two low to mid end chassis’s then. Krg’s lower end stuff is prob solid enough for my uses
 
At this point I may just get two bravos or one bravo and one x Ray. I always wanted the whiskey 3 but I don’t need a full aluminum chassis system
 
Ya I found out about it now. I want a tan one. Should look sharp with the bighorn tl3 varmint rifle and the vudoo v22. If I like it enough I may order an X-ray model or another bravo
 
You can run a TL2 and TL3 with pretty much a drop in fit in the MDT line of chassis (ESS/LSS-XL Gen2/LSS/Tac21/HS3) but as it was mentioned before, it may require some minor fitting. With any aftermarket R700 clone, there are bound to be some changes that can alter the fit, but are usually super minor. I know MDT designs all of their R700 chassis around them fitting the clones with ease :D (Bighorn, Impact, Defiance, Ultimatum, Stiller, Kelbys, Surgeon, etc. included!)
 
Barreled action being shipped today. Excited to see it. 24” benchmark heavy varmint profile. Gonna be a heavy beast I’m sure!! Just waiting for somebody to get the new updated version of the krg bravo that has a different backbone in it allowing for the larger lug to drop right in without mods
