Hi all

Been a while since I have been on here and since I have been an active shooter. My first gun I chose in my comeback is a Bushmaster M4A3 patrolman XM15 e2s. Now I need some help with adding a foregrip to the stock hand rail. I believe I need to add a rail first? If so what kind and where can I get one? I am also looking for a black angled foregrip. There are 2 models out there. One with a quad rail and one with a standard. I have the standard.

Any help would be great

You'll want to make sure you get just the normal MOE rail sections ( for polymer handguards ). Not the easiest things to find these days now with MLOK&Keymod lol. Here's what i could find tho:

I should also add i've only every used these rail sections for MOe handguards, so perhaps someone else can chime in.

Thanks I really don't want to buy a new handguard. I seen a video where someone added a rail on the bottom but what I am not sure is if the holes are all standard placement. I would like to get an angled foregrip. I like th OD green

The picatinny rail sections come with the rail, and AFAIK theres a metal bracket and two screws. Take the stock clam shell handguard off, put bracket on inside, line the rail section up on the outside of the handguard through the hole of the handguard, insert screws, and tighten down. Put the handguard back on and you're done. You will just need to move the heatshields on the inside.

Here is a video showing you what to do.
