Went to opem my 410 Cooey today and 'clunk'...........gun is like new, clean, oiled but only opens about 1/8" and then clunk........it stops,,,,dead. Have the butt stock off but nothing obvious. Anyone ever experience this problem? Any ideas? thanks.

If the trip pin in the ejector sear gets a bit loose it can move too far to one side or the other and bind things up. That's the first place I would look.

I'm with Waba check the ejector sear trip pin. It is made of mild steel and I have had one bend and do something similar. Made a replacement out of a drill bit shank.
