Help with EE (Procedure to join)

Good evening everyone. My apologies if this is the wrong place to post this but I want to request access to the EE and I know there is a procedure for it but can't seem to find the thread with said procedure. Everything is set to private or "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here".

The process is becoming automatic.
The Post is in greetings and introductions.

The CGN forum is in the process of transitioning to a new equipment exchange access model. As such manual approval of new members to post ads is discontinued.

In the mean time, new members are encouraged to contribute to the forum by posting, as the privilege to see, read and respond to ads will be automatic based on post count and registration history in the near future. The enabling of privilege to post ads will be a separate process to be announced on a later date.

This transition period will not affect any members who have existing equipment exchange access and privileges.

All I see is a New UI interface. The EE has been something I've never had access to but my first thought when coming here is to see what kind of shenanigans are going on. Everytime I come to this website the idea of the EE blows over fairly quick with the amount of discussions available.
