help with hornady neck sizer

hello i just bought a hornady neck sixer and the instructions were very vague but i get you need to unscrew the spindle and take out the de capping pin but the nut on top wont budge and i cant get the spindle to move help plz!

Why do you need to remove the decapping pin? Did you already prime some brass before sizing? You may need two wrenches in order to remove it as it as the pin is held in the via compression.

No the pin is way to far out of the bottom and the strict ions say to remove it the screw the die in until neck is sized to your liking then to reinstall the spindle assembly and screw it down until it knocks out the primer aprox 3/16ths
