I'm still new to reloading and I just loaded my first few test rounds of 9mm with a Dillon 650 and new Dillon 9mm dies. The sizing die is belling the top of the brass but it is also shrinking the middle of it more than I'm used to seeing. It leaves the brass with a bit of an hourglass shape. What causes that and what should I do to fix it?

The hour glass shape is correct. Your brass is resized smaller than bullet diameter, but the head of the case cannot be sized smaller. Once the bullet is seated the case mouth is now larger than the bullet diameter, the center of the case is smaller than the bullet diameter, and the case head does not change, so you get an an hour glass shape.

Pull the trigger. It's guaranteed to push the walls of the case back to normal.

As mentioned above, the coke bottle shape is absolutely normal and not an issue at all.

Measure those bulets. Take out the barrel and drop a few into the chamber(best guage you can have). If they sit right, you're fine.
