Dominion Arms brought a bunch of those detachable mag 870 clones years ago. I have no personal experience, but quite a few people that do have them have found them to be very reliable. Some prefer them to Remington’s detachable mag version.

360$ for a junk chinese made clone what has become of the firearm world crap is king
That's quite ignorant. China and specifically Norinco can make excellent items and crap items. Same goes for any country and for many brands. DA branded Norincos Grizzlies are maybe not top notch in finish, but extremely reliable and tough built shotguns. Some things they made even better than Remington. 8.5" and 12" both tube mag and box mag are very desirable, yet remain affordable option for trunk gun, hiking and camping gun, for HD and for plinking purposes.

I suggest you to read this if you're into making conclusion based on facts and not on stereotypes.

"Norinco" doesn't make anything, they're exporters. The firearms they sell can be made wholly or in part out of dozens of factories across the vastness of China.

Its funny you say that because most competition shooters in know bought 200$ norinco 1911s just to gut them and use the base for their builds, as they were built to a better spec with nicer materials than most of your name brands.

My .45 Les Baer slide can be rocked left and right if you try hard enough. The norinco I have is solid, no play in any components, and cost 1/8th of the price. Sure the QC may be hit or miss, but it all depends on who made it, how, and to what spec.

China 1911 has outshot most of your Kimbers, Colts and S&Ws at competitions on a federal level :ROFLMAO:

you have know idea what your talking about everything about them is inferior
buy a 300$ scrap pile then buy 1500$ worth of after market parts to try make a gun out of it
the build materials and specs are sub standard
most comp shooters do not use chinese made crap

Comprehension issue.
You clearly missed the part where I said "to gut them and use the base for their builds, as they were built to a better spec with nicer materials than most of your name brands"
That applies to the frame, not the actual firearm or the components installed on it

Thanks for the comeback folks -didn't mean to open a can o worms. Seem there is always some dude on line that knows all without ever handling the item in question. Probably took dumb instructions from Trump -- has politeness died?

When the first wave of Norinco M305 rifles (semi-auto M14/M1A1 clones) American competition shooters wanted them so bad for their forged receivers. The forgings were better than the originals they claimed. Springfield Armouries M1A1 receivers are not made from forgings but investment casts. Just like pro golfers prefer forged irons, these rifle pros preferred Chinese made forged steel receivers.

I thought the US had a ban on Chinese firearms.

There was an embargo/boycott of all Chinese arms by the USA back then. But, if a Yankee had a Canuck fellow gunnut there’s always a way. Of course now they are embracing all that is Chinesiun especially the SKS. The 30-30 of the 21st century.
