Could anyone identify this plate on the butt of my No.1 Mk.III from Ishapor (1950)?

I think that indicates Indonesian service, maybe someone can confirm.

Not sure, but if Indonesian it may have a star stamped on it with IG inside for Indonesian Government, perhaps somewhere on the receiver or barrel.

Believed to be Indonesian Post WW2, Dutch Colonial Units. I owned a P-14 and an Ishapore No.1 MKIII* with such plaques.

I've got an Ishapore No 1 Mk III* (1953 IIRC) with a similar tag on the butt. I posted it on here a few years back, and someone else came up with the Dutch colonies in Rodesia I think. You don't see many of these around.

The initials SAU stand for South African Union as for the rest uknown but the AA can stand for Anti-Aircraft.
