Help with Optilok Ring Selection...

Hey Gang,

I am looking to order some Optilok rings and bases for my T3 Hunter, but I am unsure of what ring height I need. I am mounting a Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10x44, and I have never used Optiloks before, so I am a little unsure of which height is required. Any Tikka T3 owners using Optiloks out there able to help?

Low rings will work with the 44mm objective.

I would skip the optilocks on a Tikka, and get some Talleys. They are lighter and a lot cheaper.

Thanks for the advice. I did a bit of reading, and I now have a set of Talleys on the way. Saved me a bunch of cash, so I owe ya a beer or two.
