Hi all,

In the process of getting out of the sport and looking to get rid of some firearms. Specifically, was wondering if anyone could help me out with market prices for used guns.

I have: 1) Glock 17 gen 4, 3 mags, loader, 100 rounds through it only and

2) bushmaster C22 ar style riffle in .22. approximately 150 rounds through it.

Both are essentially new and only took 2 trips to the range and have been sitting in their cases ever since. If anyone has any input on what fair market value would be I would appreciate it. Not really comfortable with selling online so will likely take somewhere for consignment and wanted to have an idea what to list them at.

Thanks.

Well I can lend a hand towards the glock 17.

MAP pricing, and CSC offer brand new Glock 17 gen 4's with 3 mags for 780.00. At most, it's worth about 700.00, but most guys are finding them around 650 ish on the EE

Shooting Edge in YYC had a G17 gen4 in immaculate condition on consignment about a month ago for 600$. I ended up buying a brand new one in FDE from CSC for 730$ as it sold before I had funds.

Far used price=$600

Cgn ee price=$750 you did break it in and put grip tape on it after all. Plus you need to pay for the booze and wrist watch in the pictures somehow...

Used guns are like used cars. Drive them out of the lot, take them out of the gun store, register in your name....that's considered used.
Deduct 20% from the pre-tax price....give or take.

It sucks but that's life, but that's why I have not bought new guns im 9 years.

In the last 9 years, since I discovered the EE, I've only bought mint, or LNIB or excellent condition guns for 20 to 35% below store prices, no tax as well.

My wife just paid $799 for a new Gen4 in Sniper Grey. I know we could have got it for less if we shopped around, but we bought it from our local gun store, they have treated us very well and done a few small jobs no charge for us, so we decided to buy from them.
Like IMLugger said, I would start at $699 shipped and drop it a bit when I needed to bump the add. Good luck with your sale!
