Help with value of early 1950 SKS

So just bought another SKS and this one is very interesting to me. It is a typical referb, all matching except the magazine. Bore is perfect and there is no rust or damage. Even the stock has minimal dents. HOWEVER it must be a very early 1950 model as it has all of the characteristics of a 1949 sks. 90 degree gas block, hand etched star and date on the dust cover, spring loaded firing pin, extra lug on the bolt carrier, early loop style takedown lever, modified bayonet inlet, and a different style of cleaning kit I can only assume is an early design as well.

Anybody know how rare (if at all) these are? Thanks.

90 degree gas block is a nice difference. What is the bayonet slot modification and the extra bolt carrier lug?
I have a 1950 refurb transitional as well, but without the 90 degree gas block. They are somewhat rare but nobody seems to offer more for them, yet.

I don't imagine they're particularly rare. I have one in the original stock with all the same characteristics.

Well if not, it is still cool to have one that is a bit different. I have 3 other SKS' 2 are 1954s and one is a normal 1950. So it is pretty unique to me.

The 1950 is on the right side. Bayonet slit is cut instead of built in. As for the bold carrier, there is an extra lug type thing and a cut in the bolt for it.

I wonder if our serial numbers are close. Mine is very similar to yours but like I said, still has the original hardwood stock. My bolt is black too. Also my bolt and carrier are force matched.

That style of 1950 isn't as common as the type 2 1950 SKS, but is certainly not rare...

Especially with the replacement laminate stock and terrible "BBQ Paint" finish.

As far as value, will be worth less than even a nicer blued refurb IMO.
