Hi, i'm looking for some help estimating the value of these sights? They are close to mint and complete with all the pieces except the firearm-specific mounting block. Google doesn't locate very many in canada

They are nice sights. Vintage. Obsolescent/Obsolete. Might be called the Olympic, but doubtful if used at that level of competition for fifty years or more. Not many shooters use them. Maybe $150, if someone wants one.

There are different models and configurations.
There is also one labelled Palma, and I was told it was a preferred model but I don't know.
They could have been made for specific competitions where there was some rule to be met . . . length and weight?
The Inserts are sometimes hard to come by.

Yes those are Olympic model, not Palma. As Tiraq said maybe $150 but not much market up here. A scan of eBay might give you a US dollar figure, but the market is a bit better for them down there.

Good condition and nice set of inserts might find a buyer up here restoring an old 40x or Winchester target model....

What do they fit? (There were slight differences in the piece that mounts to the receiver.)

Had a set of the hunting ones on a Martini, I was impressed at how well I could shoot with them.

Depending on what they fit, I may be interested in buying.

They fit anything that has a Redfield pattern rear sight base and ditto for a front sight base. Win 70 target models and Remington 40x are often pre drilled on the side of the receiver and barrel at muzzle to accept the bases. There’s a outfit in New York that has some old stock sight bases.

As for other rifles you would have to both acquire the bases and have both the action and barrel drilled and tapped for 6-48 screws to attach the bases, then mount the sights.

Here’s what the correct Redfield bases look like
