Remington Model 1100LH. 2 3/4 inch, full choke, ser. no. 858345V. Manufactured in 1979. It's all original in overall good to very good condition - I'd rate it 7/10 with a bit of handling bluing wear and a few minor wood scratches. The gun has had minimal use and none at all in the last 25 years.
