help with value webley and bengerman

a friend of mine past away and his wife has offered me 2 pellet guns a Webley tempest and a older benjamin legacy with a crappy 4 power scope. both are .177.
I have no idea of market value on them. Can anyone help me out?
 
Are both guns functioning properly, are they complete and what is the finish like on them? Any cracks in the grips of the Tempest? Is the Tempest an English made gun or Turkish made gun? $200.00 to $250.00 is the usual going rate for an English Tempest. Would be less if it didn't function properly or was in quite rough condition. Don't know about the Legacy.
