Help zeroing the ACSS reticle on an X95

Some help and understanding of ballistics is needed.

I just ordered the Primary Arms 1-6x gen 3 together with an ADM recon High mount (center @ 1.9in above rail) and am curious as to how I should be zeroing the thing. From what I recall, 100yd zero on a Tavor isn't the same as an AR15 due to height over bore.
 
The chart which I have done for aimpoint on a X85 with a 18" bb shooting M855 shows a 200m zero, that will get you 1" low at 50m and 1" high at 100m. Roughly 3MOA drop at 300m, 7MOA drop at 400m and 12 MOA drop at 500m

I use 4" for sight height.

Yes, but how does this correspond to the ACSS reticle which is designed to be zeroed at 100?
